About GatherTriState

Planning a party in New Jersey or New York City means calling a hall, three caterers, a decorator, a photographer, a bartending crew and a DJ, one by one. GatherTriState puts all of them in one place.

For people planning events

Search by area, guest count, event type and cuisine. See each vendor's photos, halls, menus, live stations and starting prices, check whether your date is open, and send inquiries for free.

For vendors

Venues, caterers, live food stations, restaurants, decor and setup designers, photographers and videographers, bartenders, waitstaff and entertainers get a page that shows everything they offer, and an inbox for inquiries. Customers book and pay vendors directly.

3D virtual tours

We are adding 3D walkthroughs of event halls, so people can look around a room from home before they visit. Venue owners can ask about a 3D scan.
