What we collect

• Inquiries: your name, email, optional phone, event date, guest count, event type, budget and message.
• Vendor accounts: name, email, a hashed password, and the business details, photos and prices you publish.
• Contact messages: your name, email and message.
• Technical data: your IP address with inquiries, to limit spam, and page-view counts per listing.

How we use it

We send your inquiry to the vendor you chose so they can reply, show vendors' public listings, run accounts, answer messages and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Who processes it

The site runs on Harakumo (hosting, database, file storage, sign-in and email). Fonts load from Google Fonts. Demo photos load from Unsplash. Vendors receive the inquiries you send them and handle them under their own policies.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Vendor accounts are kept until deleted.

Your choices

Vendors can delete their account and listing at any time from the Account page. Anyone can ask us to see, correct or delete their information through the contact form.
