What GatherTriState is

GatherTriState is a directory that connects people planning events with independent vendors. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a vendor. Bookings, prices, deposits, cancellations and payments are between you and the vendor.

Vendor listings

• Vendors must be authorized to represent the business they list, and keep their details, prices and availability accurate.
• Vendors may only upload photos they own or have permission to use.
• We may review, edit, decline or remove listings that are misleading, unlawful or harmful.
• Paid plans renew only when the vendor pays again; we may change plan prices with 30 days' notice.

Customers

Send inquiries only for real events, and use accurate contact details. Do not use the site to send spam or to collect vendors' details for other purposes.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, GatherTriState is not liable for the services vendors provide or for disputes between customers and vendors.
